About Nature Immersions
Professional Forest Bathing in Singapore

Nature Immersions delivers calm, science-informed forest bathing, breathwork, and healing sessions that help you reset your nervous system and reconnect with what matters.

Singapore’s trusted, evidence-informed forest bathing guide

Nature Immersions was founded by Christina Taylor, an official Member of the ANFT Professional Guide Network with formal INFTA training — including an intensive course completed with INFTA in Japan, the birthplace of shinrin-yoku, Forest School of Singapore (FSS) Leadership Training, and official Yin Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Nation. She is currently completing written work for INFTA. An avid hiker, Christina has completed UTMB Ultras in Australia and Japan, and hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc, Mount Rinjani in Lombok, and Mount Kinabalu in Borneo. She is a proud mother and has experienced 4 years of IVF in both Australai and Singapore.

Nature Immersions is built around one clear principle: reconnecting with nature through slow, guided immersion that is both deeply human and professionally delivered. No gimmicks, no rushed itineraries, no wellness theatre. Just calm structure, sensory connection, and real restoration in Singapore’s most beautiful green spaces.

We offer 2-hour group immersions and private sessions that blend forest bathing with guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and grounding practices for all ages. Each experience is designed to support stress regulation, attention restoration, and a steadier sense of wellbeing — with meditation in nature helping participants quiet the mind and return to the present, especially valuable for busy professionals and corporate teams. Connect to what really matters.

Nature Immersions is aligned with the global shinrin-yoku movement. While the practice began in Japan, it quickly became worldwide, shaped by modern research into how nature supports human health, happiness and resilience.

Nature is the setting. Science is the backbone. Care is the method.
